Returns Policy

 

We do our best to display, as accurately as possible, the products shown on this Website. Before dispatching an item for delivery, we ensure to carefully inspect and determine that it is in good condition. Nevertheless, if you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, you can decline to sign the delivery note. This is an affirmation of your dislike or right to change your mind and you have the option of deciding to keep it or otherwise. 

In the case where you decide to decline, you need to contact us immediately, while our delivery agent is still at your premise and we will give immediate order to return the item to our warehouse.

With regard to payment, if you opted for cash on delivery, you will not have to pay anything. If you chose mobile money or card payment, you will get refunded on the same day.

Please, bear in mind that any return must be notified to us at that same moment of delivery.

You will not be able to return any item once the good has been delivered and the delivery note signed

Therefore, if you are not too sure about the item you are buying online, please be physically present at the time of delivery. Our delivery agent will contact you on the day of delivery to communicate estimated time of arrival to enable you schedule your activities accordingly.

All the items that are available in stock are ready for delivery within 2 working days in Accra region. Please contact us for nationwide delivery.


Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Mobile money, as well as bank transfers. Goods will be delivered after payment is received. Delivery is 2 working days upon confirmation of payment.

We are glad to accept any return, but it has to be done on the moment of the delivery. Which means that you should be present at the moment that you receive the item and decide if you are keeping it or not. Please refer to "Returns policy".
